How to use it
What this is
A GLP-1 tracking system in Excel and Google Sheets for semaglutide, tirzepatide and liraglutide: a daily log, a titration schedule, a rotation breakdown and a printable progress report.
1. SETUP
Medication name, start date, start weight, goal weight, height, current dose, dosing schedule, injection day and prescriber.
2. DAILY LOG
One row a day. On injection day fill dose, injection site and weight. Every day fill protein, water, appetite and any side effect.
3. DOSE SCHEDULE
Your titration plan: week number, due date, dose and whether it was taken. The dashboard counts the weeks you completed.
4. DASHBOARD
Current dose, start weight, latest weight, total lost, % lost, kg to goal, average protein and water, side-effect days, and which sites you have used most.
5. PROGRESS REPORT
Print for your prescriber: start and latest weight, total and % lost, current dose, injections logged, weeks on treatment and side-effect days.
